Have a question about our services or how to purchase a custom? Let us help! Here we will list our most frequently asked questions to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! 

How long will shipping take?

Due to large amounts of orders, pease allow 1-3+ weeks for your item to be handmade and shipped! I am only one person working on all orders and I ask that you be patient while I crank out your order! Once I have shipped your item, you will receive an email with your tracking number attached! You can use this to see where your package is and when it will arrive to you!

What is your return policy?

We do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges since all of our items are made to order. If you have placed an order on accident you have 12 hours to contact us and we will provide you with a refund in this instance ONLY. If your item has a flaw please contact us at lbdcustomclothing@gmail.com for further asistance!

My package is lost in the mail, what should I do?

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items after I drop them off to be shipped. If your package is lost please contact your local post office or local UPS for more information. This applies to US and international shipments.

What is the fit of the sweatshirts?

All of our products are unisex sizing! 

How do I purchase a custom?

To purchase a custom design, please fill out our contact form with the following information:

  • Design idea

  • Image (if possible)

  • Color crewneck/hoodie

  • Sizing

Once we receive this information, we will contact you directly to discuss the design and pricing!
